Distance Learning Agreement
As a student at Community Christian Academy, I understand due to circumstances beyond my control or the control of Community Christian Academy, I am transitioning from a face-to-face learning environment to an At-home Learning environment. While we are using an At-home Learning environment, I must be committed to my schoolwork, that I am responsible for keeping up with my classroom assignments, and communicating with my teacher. I understand the following statements apply to my learning while I am working at home.
At-Home Learning: At-home learning will begin Thursday, March 19th. I acknowledge that I will be completing school work at home (either on paper or online) on each school day until further notice by Community Christian Academy (CCA).
Attendance: I understand that required videos from teachers will be accompanied by a Google form to show attendance and engagement with the materials covered.
Readings and Assignments: I know that I am responsible for completing all assigned readings and assignments. The assignments are to be completed by the due date on the Google Classroom or per teacher communication.
Honor Systems: As a student at CCA, I am responsible for being honest and having integrity in my schoolwork. The unauthorized use of outside resources and/or unpermitted peer contact is not allowed when completing my schoolwork.
Teacher help: If I have a question or need help, I can send my teacher an email or message via Google Classroom. My teachers are available from 8:00am - 3:00pm each school day.
Online Learning: If I am unable to access the internet, I have spoken with the staff of CCA to create a solution. I am still responsible for completing my work.
Classroom Expectations: I will be respectful, kind, and Christ-honoring in all my online submissions. I know that all my comments, posts, and submissions are being monitored by my teacher.
